  2. Obtain Destination Import Auth
    Importing country must issue import authorization before CCBM will issue the Dutch export authorization. Coordinate with destination country importer.

    • Israel: IMFA import authorization
  3. Apply: CCBM Export Authorization
    Per-shipment export authorization from Bureau for Medicinal Cannabis. Submit destination import authorization with application.

    • Processing: approximately 2โ€“3 weeks
  4. Prepare Export Docs
    Full documentation pack for the shipment.

  5. Dutch Customs Export
    Export clearance at Rotterdam port or Amsterdam Schiphol. Opium Act export declaration filed. INCB reporting obligation.
