1. Shipment to Poland
   URPL import authorization required. Poland's processing times are longer than most EU peers — plan 4–6 weeks minimum.
2. URPL Authorization + Exporting Country Auth
   Apply in parallel. URPL: 3–6 weeks. Origin export authorization in parallel.

3. Warsaw Chopin (WAW) Entry
   Primary entry point. EU customs narcotic declaration.

4. QP Release + Polish Labeling Check
   QP certifies batch. Polish-language labeling on product must be in place before pharmacy distribution.

5. Released to Polish Pharmacies ✓
   Distributed to pharmacies. Note: pharmacy stock availability remains a practical challenge — many pharmacies do not routinely stock cannabis.
