Workflow steps

1. Both Authorizations Obtained
   Standard import/export process under MCA. Both export and import authorizations must be in place before shipment.
   • MCA export/import authorization
   • Destination/import country permits
   • Full shipping documentation
2. Prepare Shipping Documentation
   Assemble full export/import documentation pack.
   • MCA export/import authorization
   • GMP/MQS certificate
   • COA per batch
   • Airway bill and packing list
3. NZ Customs Entry
   NZ customs clearance. All permits and documentation presented at point of entry/exit.
   • MCA authorization (original)
   • NZ customs declaration
   • All shipping documentation
4. MCA Clearance
   MCA reviews and clears the shipment. Verifies product compliance with NZMCS requirements.
5. QP / Release Verification
   Qualified Person or nominated person verifies batch compliance and certifies release.
   • Full batch record reviewed
   • All test results within approved limits
   • GMP/MQS certificates current
6. Shipment Cleared ✓
   Shipment cleared and released for distribution under MCA oversight.
