Workflow steps

1. Shipment to Malta
   Malta is an island — all imports arrive by air (Malta International Airport, MLA) or sea. Standard EU customs and narcotic import declaration procedures apply.
2. Medicines Authority Import License
   Per-shipment import license from Medicines Authority. ~2–4 weeks processing.
   • EU-GMP + GACP certificates
   • COA
   • Exporting country export authorization
3. Malta International Airport Entry
   All pharmaceutical imports via MLA. GDP-compliant handling. EU customs narcotic declaration.
   • Import license (original)
   • All shipping docs
   • Narcotic declaration
4. Cleared ✓
   Released to Maltese licensee for distribution.
