Import Authorization

Workflow steps

1. Import Intent
   Import permitted for products not available domestically. EOF issues per-shipment import authorization. EU-GMP Part I required — Greece is EEA.
   • EOF import authorization per shipment
   • Greek licensed importer
   • EU-GMP Part I mandatory
2. Apply: EOF Import Authorization
   Per-shipment import authorization from EOF. Importer must hold EOF wholesale authorization.
   • EU-GMP Part I certificate
   • GACP certificate
   • COA per batch
   • Exporting country export authorization
   • EOF wholesale authorization
3. Authorization granted?
   EOF reviews and issues or requests clarification. May require additional product documentation.
4. Greek Customs Entry
   EU customs procedures apply. Pharmaceutical-grade cannabis cleared for delivery to authorized importer.
   • EOF import authorization (original)
   • All shipping documentation
   • EU customs narcotic declaration
5. Cleared for Import ✓
   Pharmaceutical-grade cannabis released to authorized importer.
