Workflow steps

1. Shipment Planned
   DKMA import license required. Product must be on DKMA approved list or named patient authorization obtained.
2. Confirm DKMA Product Approval
   Verify product is on DKMA approved list. If not, arrange named patient authorization via prescribing physician.
   • Check DKMA approved product list
   • Named patient: prescriber applies to DKMA
3. Obtain Exporting Country Auth + DKMA License
   Obtain exporting country authorization and DKMA per-shipment import license in parallel.
   • DKMA import license (3–4 weeks)
   • Origin export authorization
4. Copenhagen CPH Customs Entry
   EU customs clearance at CPH. Narcotic declaration filed under Single Convention 1961.
   • DKMA import license (original)
   • All shipping docs + COA
   • EU customs narcotic declaration
5. Released to Danish Market ✓
   QP-certified batch distributed to Danish pharmacies.
