Workflow steps

  1. Production (LP Site)
    Cannabis produced at Health Canada licensed facility under GPP. Canadian LP must track all cannabis via CTLS from seed to sale.
  2. GACP / Cultivation Controls
    Canadian domestic cultivation under Health Canada GPP. GACP certification required for export.
    • Variety and lot traceability via CTLS
    • Pesticide records — Health Canada approved list
    • Environmental monitoring
    • GACP cert for export batches
  3. Finished Product Testing
    Release testing per Health Canada Cannabis Regulations and target market requirements.
    • THC and CBD potency (HPLC)
    • Microbiological contaminants
    • Pesticide residues (Health Canada MRL)
    • Heavy metals
    • Moisture content
    • Mycotoxins (for export to EU)
  4. All specs pass?
    Results must comply with Health Canada specifications and target export market requirements.
  5. Person in Charge Release
    LP's designated Person in Charge reviews all batch documentation and authorizes Canadian market release.
    • Full batch record reviewed
    • CTLS entries current
    • Export: additional QP certification if EU-destined
  6. Batch Released ✓
    CTLS batch entries completed. Available for medical patient shipment or provincial wholesale.
