Workflow steps

1. Domestic Production Intent
   Law 27.350 (2017) authorized medical cannabis for epilepsy. Decree 883/2020 expanded access significantly. REPROCANN enables patient self-cultivation. Significant domestic production investment 2023-2026.

2. Patient/Producer Registration
   Patient or producer registers with the national health system. Medical documentation required for patient registration.

3. REPROCANN Application — Registro del Programa de Cannabis
   Application to REPROCANN (Registro del Programa de Cannabis) for cultivation authorization. Patient self-cultivation or cooperative cultivation.

   • Cultivation plan and security measures
   • Designated cultivation address
   • Up to 9 plants per registrant
4. Registration granted?
   REPROCANN reviews application. Processing timeline varies. Must demonstrate legitimate medical need.
5. Cultivation Permitted (up to 9 plants)
   Cultivation authorized under REPROCANN. Up to 9 plants per registrant. Significant domestic production investment ongoing 2023-2026.

6. Domestic Cultivation Authorized ✓
