By accessing or using Accomplit ("the Service"), operated by Accomplit Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Accomplit is a regulatory intelligence platform that aggregates, translates, and summarizes cannabis and pharmaceutical regulatory information across multiple jurisdictions. The Service includes AI-powered search, jurisdiction analysis, regulatory change tracking, and related tools.

3. Not Legal Advice

The information provided by Accomplit is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. Regulatory information is sourced from publicly available government publications and processed by automated systems including AI models, which may introduce errors.

You should not rely on Accomplit as a substitute for professional legal counsel. Always consult qualified legal professionals before making business or compliance decisions based on regulatory information.

4. Accounts and Access

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Accomplit offers a free tier with limited access and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: systematically scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service; redistribute or resell content obtained from the Service; use the Service to develop a competing product; attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription requirements; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Accomplit platform, including its design, code, AI models, and original content, is the property of Accomplit Ltd. Regulatory source material is sourced from public government publications and remains subject to its original licensing.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

8. Accuracy and Availability

We strive to keep regulatory information current and accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Regulatory landscapes change frequently, and there may be delays between official changes and our updates.

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accomplit Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on regulatory information provided by the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
