When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our identity provider (Clerk). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details.
We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, search queries, features used, browser type, and IP address. This helps us improve the platform and understand how our services are used.
We use your information to: provide and maintain our regulatory intelligence services; process subscriptions and payments; respond to your inquiries and support requests; send service-related communications (such as regulatory change alerts you have opted into); and improve our platform.
Search queries are processed by AI models to deliver regulatory insights. We do not use your queries to train AI models. Query data may be retained temporarily for service quality and debugging purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Accomplit: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and AI model providers (to process search queries). Each provider is bound by their own privacy obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Supabase EU-Central region). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@accomplit.io.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR. If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR applies. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Analytics data is collected server-side without personal identifiers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Accomplit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
